這兩年國內跨境電商行業汽配產品的增長非?？?。但是，一旦侵蝕了原有大佬的利益，也會引發大量的官司和投訴。很多新興亞馬遜賣家，這幾年被歐美市場上一些經營多年的大牌盯上了。

2021年剛剛開始，美國啟動電源大牌The NOCO Company就據《美國1930年關稅法》第337節規定，向美國際貿易委員會提出申請，主張對多家企業提起調查申請，針對特定便攜式電池啟動器產品及其組件（Portable Battery Jump Starters & Components Thereof）。
